Pricing and Quotation

All prices are stated in US dollars. Prices quoted in our catalog are F.O.B. Northbrook, IL, USA, and are subject to change without notice. All freight, custom taxes/duties, insurance, and special packaging charges will be added to the invoice unless other terms have been arranged. Written quotations are guaranteed for 30 days. Bulk prices quoted separately.

Payment

Terms of sale are net 30 days of date of invoice. A 1.0% monthly charge will be added to invoices on balances overdue for more than 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon. If collection of past due accounts requires legal resolution, customer will be responsible for all fees and court costs. CarboSynUSA must receive payment in US Dollars for the exact invoice amount. Any bank charges for the conversion or transmission of foreign currencies are an additional expense for the customer and are in addition to the invoice amount.

Delivery and Packaging

​CarboSynUSA uses express delivery. All orders will be shipped via Federal Express when permitted. CarboSynUSA complies with all applicable government regulations pertaining to the safe shipping of hazardous materials, and reserves the right to change the method of shipment designated by the customer in order to comply with any legal requirement. Where special packaging is required for hazardous products and where certain export and dangerous goods forms are required, there will be an additional charge for such services. The products are exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.

Products Quality

All chemicals listed in the catalog exceed 95% chemical purity and 98% optical purity when they are chiral compounds.

Use of Products

All of our products are only used for laboratory experiments, processing, and research, NOT for human and animal test as well household and others. Buyer agrees to notify and obtain written approval from CarboSynUSA to use products for manufacturing. Most of our products are hazardous. All of products should be handled only by qualified and well-trained individuals in safe laboratory procedure and familiar with the potential hazards of the chemicals.

CarboSynUSA assumes no responsibility for their accuracy or completeness. Buyer agrees that he assumes responsibility to fully determine the property concerning the product unless otherwise indicated.

Return shipment will not be accepted without permission.

Patents

​CarboSynUSA’s products may be covered by application or process patents. The customer must be responsible for determining the existence of such patents.
